I
know there are still many things that make you feel alive even at this dark
hour of our planet when the atmosphere radiates anger and hatred in activities
and words.
There must be moments when we calm down and reflect. Oscar Wilde puts it like this, “To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people just exist. That is all”.
What makes you feel most alive?
Do you feel that extra energy when you hang out with some friends? Or maybe you love traveling; going to the gym; preferring outdoor activities; cooking and having a good meal; connecting with nature; simply spending time in silence and solitude; listening to music; writing; reading; painting; enjoying pet-time; engaged in social work. You might also love stimulating conversation and social interaction. The list is endless.
You must agree that you have to prioritize your happiness to live in this present world to have a purposeful living.
Therefore today’s topic asks you reflect on what brings you joy and purpose.
